We partnered with Los Angeles airbrush artist, Guava LA to create a two-piece Woon inpsired capsule collection.
Eric heads to Historic Filipinotown to meet Chef Keegan Fong, who owns and runs Woon. Learn how the restaurant built a strong presence through branding and marketing and quickly evolved its takeout game, too.
A few weeks ago we had a staff outing at one of my favorite dim sum / seafood spots, Five Star Seafood in San Gabriel Valley. They set us up in a private room with a nice view and we brought our own beers and wines hand picked by Pinkies Up (Betty also brought her own michelada bar). Thanks to Jacob Cummings for capturing a few of the moments.
A look into the making of our Pork & Veggie (Vegan) Dumplings, made in-house daily by our dumpling team.
In this episode, we visit our friend and founder of Metalwood Studio, Cole Young, at Metalwood's storefront and office on La Brea Ave. Metalwood Studio is not your average golf brand. It's an ode to golf in the ‘90s and some of the early 2000s. They offer a collection that includes vintage-inspired clothing, accessories and golf equipment.
Mama Fong walks you through the different ways to cook Mama Fong’s Fortunate Frozen Dumplings.
In this episode, we visit our friend and founder of Finery, Greg Sato, at Finery’s Downtown LA office and Greg’s home in Silverlake. Finery is a Los Angeles-based design and manufacturing studio dedicated to elevating the uniform to a craft. It was a blast getting to learn about their philosophy and their dedication to involving the Los Angeles community.
