We recently caught up with our friends at Japanese / Australian clothing label - Banks Journal. In addition to curating a playlist for their “Journal Jams” series we had a conversation and took them along for a day in the life of a restaurant owner. We stopped by our favorite restaurant supply shop in San Gabriel Valley, swung by the house, and then finished the day to prep some things at Woon.
