We’ll be popping up at Marta next Saturday, November 9th for the album release + video screening of our photo/video wizard and one of our first employees ever, Jacob Cummings. We’re so excited and proud of all the talented works he’s put out over the past 5 years and this album encapsulates all of it. You can pick up vinyl copies of the album and grab limited edition tees. We’ll be cooking up noodles and Madre Mezcal , June Shine, and Easy Rider will be providing the drinks, while @alba.collective will be spinning music all night. We teamed up with our friends and favorite cook book shop, Now Serving, once again to host a pop up featuring Kristina Cho’s new cookbook, Chinese Enough. The evening will feature four specials from the book, interpreted by us at Woon. Including a Shrimp Patty Bao, Scallion Pancake w/ Whipped Tofu, Sesame Gai Lan, and Black Bean Chow Mein.

Woon presents Woon Express, a two-night Chinese American pop up and menu takeover. It’s been a dream of ours to flip the restaurant into our own version of everyone's favorite Chinese American chain..so, why not?

As part of LA Design Weekend and curated by Corner Booth, we will be hosting a seafood focused pop up by Gerald’s on Sunday, June 23rd from 11am - 2pm. We will also be showcasing exclusive color way stools designed in collaboration with RAD Furniture in our dining room. The event will be first-come, first-served while supplies last. Beer, wine and sake will be available throughout the event.

Hey Santa Barbara, we're coming for you! Catch us cooking noodles at The Eddy on Thursday, May 2nd from 5-8pm. There will be wine, noodles and clothes by Meals Clothing.

We are very excited to host The Baodega, a Sichuanese supperclub from Brooklyn, NY. This will be the first time we are hosting a pop up featuring Chinese food. The menu will feature Stir Fried Water Spinach, Sichuanese Wings, Mapo Tofu, Century Egg and Eggplant Noodles featuring Woon Chewy Noodles, Steamed Prawns Over Vermicelli, and New York Cheesecake w/ Pomelo Marmalade. It will be first-come, first-served, dine-in only. Our regular drink menu will be available for the evening.
