We’ll be sampling our pork and vegan dumplings at Epicurus Gourmet this Saturday, April 6th starting at 12pm. You can taste and shop Mama’s Frozen Pork and Vegan Dumplings, made in-house daily. You can also shop some of our other Homestyle Goods like Frozen Chewy Noodles, Dried Shiitake Mushrooms, Wok Legend’s Seasoning Salt, Mama’s Way Hot Sauce and Stir Fry Sauce. We are very excited to host The Baodega, a Sichuanese supperclub from Brooklyn, NY. This will be the first time we are hosting a pop up featuring Chinese food. The menu will feature Stir Fried Water Spinach, Sichuanese Wings, Mapo Tofu, Century Egg and Eggplant Noodles featuring Woon Chewy Noodles, Steamed Prawns Over Vermicelli, and New York Cheesecake w/ Pomelo Marmalade. It will be first-come, first-served, dine-in only. Our regular drink menu will be available for the evening.
