Woon presents Woon Express, a two-night Chinese American pop up and menu takeover. It’s been a dream of ours to flip the restaurant into our own version of everyone's favorite Chinese American chain..so, why not?
On Friday, July 26th & Saturday, July 27th you can expect a spin on all the classics (menu below) and limited Woon Express t-shirts and hats available for purchase.
Available for dine-in, takeout and delivery. Please note, our regular Woon food menu will not be available both nights, but our drink menu will be the same. First-come, first-served while supplies last.

Woon presents a Slow Dance Wine Takeover this coming Monday, July 1st. The evening will feature exclusive pours by Graham of Slow Dance Wine and The Woon Hot Dog will be making an appearance! Also, we are very excited to have Frosty from Dublab join us for a DJ set. Fun goes from 5-9pm, hope to see you there!
We’re having a popcorn chicken and wine night featuring a popcorn chicken special by Chef Adam along with $10 glasses and $10 off bottles of wine handpicked by Pinkies Up. Nothing goes better together than that.
As part of LA Design Weekend and curated by Corner Booth, we will be hosting a seafood focused pop up by Gerald’s on Sunday, June 23rd from 11am - 2pm. We will also be showcasing exclusive color way stools designed in collaboration with RAD Furniture in our dining room. The event will be first-come, first-served while supplies last. Beer, wine and sake will be available throughout the event.
We are extremely excited to be collaborating with the legendary Pizzeria Mozza for their Pizza Pals series. Our Pork Dumpling Pizza will be available exclusively at Pizzeria Mozza for the entire month of May! The Pork Dumpling Pizza features Woon Pork Dumpling filling, mozzarella, garlic chives, scallion, shiitake mushrooms and is served with a side of Woon Dumpling Sauce.
A few weeks ago we had a staff outing at one of my favorite dim sum / seafood spots, Five Star Seafood in San Gabriel Valley. They set us up in a private room with a nice view and we brought our own beers and wines hand picked by Pinkies Up (Betty also brought her own michelada bar). We’ll be sampling our pork and vegan dumplings at Epicurus Gourmet this Saturday, April 6th starting at 12pm. You can taste and shop Mama’s Frozen Pork and Vegan Dumplings, made in-house daily. You can also shop some of our other Homestyle Goods like Frozen Chewy Noodles, Dried Shiitake Mushrooms, Wok Legend’s Seasoning Salt, Mama’s Way Hot Sauce and Stir Fry Sauce. Come early because we may run out sooner than 3pm. See you there!

Woon presents Lunar New Year ~ join us in celebrating the Year of the Dragon with a week long celebration from February 7th - 11th. There will be our annual Red Envelope Roulette, a limited edition tee (for purchase), and a slew of specials throughout the week.
The first 100 guests per day will receive a red envelope. Some red envelopes contain a lucky prize including a free drink, free noodles or free t-shirt!

We are very excited to host The Baodega, a Sichuanese supperclub from Brooklyn, NY. This will be the first time we are hosting a pop up featuring Chinese food. The menu will feature Stir Fried Water Spinach, Sichuanese Wings, Mapo Tofu, Century Egg and Eggplant Noodles featuring Woon Chewy Noodles, Steamed Prawns Over Vermicelli, and New York Cheesecake w/ Pomelo Marmalade. It will be first-come, first-served, dine-in only. Our regular drink menu will be available for the evening.
